Exchanges:

1. We offer exchanges for items of the same value within 15 days of the purchase date.
2. Exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@dacstreetwear.com to initiate the return/exchange process.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
3. Once approved, ship the items back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Additional Information:

1. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
2. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned items.
3. For exchanges, the replacement items will be shipped promptly after processing your request.
